If when calling you receive voice mail, kindly leave a message and I will return your call promptly. Different hours may be available by appointment.
Payment and Insurance
My office is set up to take direct payment only. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by check, please make it out before coming to the office so I may devote the most time to your treatment. I do not bill insurance companies, but will provide a receipt when requested.
Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or by 12:00 noon on Saturdays for a Monday appointment. If you have pre-scheduled your appointment and cancel less than 24 hours before your allotted time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the visit. In cases of illness or an emergency, no fee will be charged.
Body Oils and Perfumes
I ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, strongly scented oils, shaving lotions, heavy makeup, etc. on the day of your first visit in order to facilitate diagnosis.
Alcoholic Beverages
Abstaining from alcohol 24 hours before and after treatment will not only facilitate diagnosis but will enable you to benefit the most from treatment. Stimulants such as coffee or tea, as well as food, should be avoided at least 1 hour before treatment.
Needles
I use sterile, disposable needles of the finest gauge and quality.
Scheduling Appointments
Please schedule your appointment so you won’t have to rush to arrive on time. Allowing extra time for the energy to settle, before and after the appointment, is recommended.
